Ultra & Infrasound Techniques:
Ultra & Infrasound: Sonar Sonar is a technique that uses sound propagation to navigate, communicate with and/or detect both objects and opponents if sound pulse were to touch them. There are two types of technology that shares the name "sonar": passive sonar is essentially listening for the sound made by vessels; active sonar is emitting pulses of sounds and listening for echoes. Sonar may be used as a means of acoustic location and of measurement of the echo characteristics of "targets" in the water, on land, or for atmospheric investigation. Raiku can convert the frequency of his sound manipulation ability from Infrasound to Ultrasound and vice versa depending on the situation. Ultra & Infrasound: Vertigo Distortion There are levels to this attack, meaning the higher the decibels, the larger the effect it would cause to Raiku's opponent. Level 1: 130 dB - This much decibels will cause a person's inner ear to start undergoing distortion that will effect their ability to understand speech. Level 2: 150 dB - A stronger version of the Infrasound: Illusion technique. Body vibration and nausea effect will make the victim sick and unable to battle if nothing is done. Level 3: 166 dB - Victims at this level will start to have problems breathing, as the low frequency pulses start impacting their lungs. Level 4: 177 dB - At this point, the infrasound at .5 to 8 hertz will force the victim's breathing against their will. Can be critically fatal. Final Level: 250 dB - Sound at this level can literally pop a brain. Infrasound Techniques:
Infrasound: Illusion Infrasound's frequency has longer wavelengths that could easily penetrate any mortal's body and shake things up a bit from their inside, making them easily feel nauseous because of the frequency shaking their bodily fluids. However, that is only the side effect of the attack. The true aim for this technique, is to resonate and synchronize with the person's frequency and make them "see things". When both the Infrasound and the victim's frequency matches, the victim will begin to see ghostly grey figures in their vision. This is what it is known as "Resonant Frequency" Sound Vibration Technique:
Vibration: Echolocation This technique determine the location of objects and his opponent(s) in the environment by use of reflected sound waves. It is not only limited to Raiku having to make a loud noise to use this, but any sound in general. He is able to see through the vibration wavelength of the sound traveling through the environment much like a bat. By emitting a loud noise out to the environment, Raiku will be able to listen to the echoes of those calls that return from various objects near them, and use these echoes to locate and identify the objects within 70 km around Raiku. Alternately, they can use ambient sounds do the same. Since this ability isn't based on sight/light, Invisibility is useless against it, as are most forms of Camouflage. Vibration: Oscillation Augmentation This ability is a weapon power-up for edged blades only. In order to use this, Raiku infuse vibration to weapons he desire, causing powerful resonates at high frequencies, reinforcing the blade. This oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything it cuts, thereby increasing its cutting ability. Vibration: Sonokinetic Combat This power infuse sound in one's physical combat. Raiku is able to infuse sound with physical attacks, using sound waves to influence and disorient opponents and strengthen attacks. Sound Absorption & Conversion Techniques:
Sound Bending: Noise Amplification With the sound he absorbed, he could output it to increase the strength, duration, and potential of sound on anything he does like a "snap" of a finger to it's highest frequency. The effects may change depending on the original effects of the sound that has now been amplified. He could also use this to his ear drums to enhance his hearing to pick up noises that normal humans cannot. This helps him in case his eyes cannot help him in his battle. Sound Bending: Sonic Stimulation This ability uses sound to stimulate one's physiology. For example, The user can use sound waves to vibrate and stimulate their physical attributes. For example: the user can stimulate their muscles to move if heavily injured or stimulate their blood vessels to pump blood through their body in case his heart stops. Sound Bending: Sonic Healing Raiku can heal himself or others by using sound by utilizing high frequency sound waves to shelter the body, revitalizing it to its max by manipulating the molecules and nerves via vibration to induce regeneration. Unlike the regeneration magic with Excalibur where time flows back, this one speeds his cells in real time forward. Sound Shockwave & Sonokinetic Constructs Techniques:
Shockwave: Thunder Clap This technique is Raiku's strongest sound based attack. By using sound like thunder for example, his sound orb could absorb all the loud thundering rumbles the clouds are generating. However, doing so will leave Raiku vulnerable because the power requires great concentration. He cannot attack while doing this, so distractions, hiding and/or having an ally is his only help if he wants to use this technique. The more the sounds grows, the more devastating it'll be. When ready, he would fire the gigantic bomb down to Earth and if hit upon impact, the shockwave would rip through everything within its path and cause an earthquake effect that would shakes the vicinity around them. ----------------------------------- Shockwave & Sonokinetic Constructs: Sonic Boom A combination of both, the Sound Orb technique with the Sound Bending control. Sonic Boom is a technique that requires a Sound Orb already made in front of Raiku. The more sound is inside the orb, the more devastating the power would be. When formed and ready, Raiku would punch the orb which would send the orb flying. Doing so, Raiku will manipulate the sound inside of the orb to fire out like thrusters, similar to that of a rocket with the speed to even break the sound barrier. The orb will keep its structure and even still maintaining it after impacting with something. This is to pierce through a defense in case the person created a barrier or something similar. To Raiku's whim though, the orb can break its formation and release a powerful shockwave, if there are still anymore sound inside the orb. The Sonic Boom technique can also be used on oneself, which grants the user the speed to break the sound barrier, but in return, they will not be able to see anything because of the sound surrounding them, blocking their vision. ----------------------------------- Sonokinetic Constructs: Resonant Blades With the use of Sound Bending, he can create sonic blades using sound frequency. Can be controlled with Raiku's whim and merged with different elements for extra power. |
Sound Manipulation
For wielding the Excalibur for many years now, slowly, the Excalibur and Raiku's essence are forming into one being, but with Raiku still in control. With the holy essence of the Excalibur's merging with the DNA and the soul inside of Raiku, this unlocks the hidden potential that a human cannot possibly awake. Mediums: Sound Orbs
Every single sound you'll hear will become his weapon. Raiku has the ability to transfer and "steal" sound, a vibration of pressure waves traveling through air, water, or something entirely different, from the environment, animals, and even his opponents into a ball of energy. When doing do, every noise he steal will leave the one that made the noise silent, made it look as if it was mute in the first place. However, even if there was no sound to absorb, he could still produce the energy using his heart beats, breathing, the wind and whatever possible sound he hear around him. Sound Orb: Shockwave
This attack is the result of the clustering sounds that are formed all into one sphere of energy, explode. Depending on how much sound was contained into that one orb, the blast wave could ripple through the opponent's body, rupturing their lungs and eardrums if caught from the attack. If the shockwave was even stronger, as it transfer through different part of the opponent's body, going from bone to tissue, to where your joints are, their limbs will become incredibly susceptible to being ripped off. Sound Orbs: High and Low Frequencies
Depending on the sound he consumes, he could either control it to a high frequency for a sound piercing attack, or a low one to cause his opponent(s) to feel nauseous. Ultrasonic Frequency This frequency is an oscillating sound pressure wave with a frequency greater than the upper limit of the human hearing range. Opponents with hearing enhancements will obviously be deafen by the attack, and if nothing is done, it could potentially rupture their eardrums and kill them. Even if one were to be deaf in the first place, the frequency and the decibels of the sound alone will be high enough to even cause internal damage to the body and even make the brain explode from the inside. Infrasound Frequency Infrasound is sound that is lower in frequency than 20 hz (hertz) or cycles per second, the "normal" limit of human hearing. Hearing becomes gradually less sensitive as frequency decreases, so for humans to perceive infrasound, the sound pressure must be sufficiently high. The ear is the primary organ for sensing infrasound, but at higher intensities, it is possible to feel infrasound vibrations in various part of the body. For instance, vibroacoustic syndrome. The effect of infrasonic output, not on your hearing, but the various fluid filled parts within the body of his opponent. Sound Bending: Vibration
If Raiku could form sound into an orb, why not use it in a whole different procedure? To Raiku's whim, he could use the frequency of the sound he collects and uses it to amplify his attacks, techniques, and weapons. Sound Bending: Absorption & Conversion
Raiku can absorb sound waves and convert them into techniques that would be either harmful or helpful himself, friends and/or foes. Sound Bending: Sonokinetic Constructs
Raiku can turn sound into tools, objects, weapons and other items of varying permanence. For example, Raiku can solidify sound waves with almost any kind of element to give it a medium, similar to airwaves. Sound Bending: Noise Transportation
A techniques where Raiku can transfer specific noises to elsewhere of his liking. For example, Raiku can stomp and amply the noise of his foot impacting the ground, but the noise occurred elsewhere. He can also transport his sound orbs in a similar fashion. |
